Privacy notice

DeleteRail collects the minimum information needed to provide its public diagnostic, process a purchase, and generate a customer-owned implementation package.

What we collect

We may collect business contact details, payment status and transaction identifiers from our payment processor, high-level architecture choices, and schema metadata supplied in the build intake. The readiness diagnostic can be completed without identifying a person or company. If you separately request the saved report by email, we receive the address and schema-free report only after your explicit consent; an unavailable delivery path does not store or forward that request.

What you must not submit

Do not submit consumer records, raw or hashed identifiers, DROP request files, credentials, secrets, protected health information, or production data. Our service is intentionally designed not to need them.

How information is used

We use submitted information to create checkout sessions, verify payment, calculate an operational readiness brief, configure a repository, deliver an explicitly requested saved brief when the delivery service is configured, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain transaction records.

Service providers

Payment information is handled by Stripe. Hosting and model inference may be provided by Vercel. Model inputs are limited to schema-level and operational metadata. We do not sell personal information supplied through this service.

Retention

The anonymous readiness check is computed in the browser and is not intentionally persisted by DeleteRail. If you explicitly request the saved report by email and delivery is configured, the approved delivery backend may retain the consent record under its published retention policy. Build metadata may be processed transiently to generate a package. Payment and business records are retained as necessary for delivery, refunds, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of business-contact information by emailing privacy@deleterail.com. Transaction records may be retained where required.
