Founding-cycle service terms · September 8, 2026

Clear scope. Clear control.

These terms govern the one-time DeleteRail founding-cycle implementation service. By purchasing, the buyer represents that it is authorized to act for the named business.

Included service

The $9,950 fee covers one data-broker implementation using one source platform, up to three tables or resources, up to two downstream processor action-manifest routes, and the selected DROP list types. The deliverable is a customer-owned source repository, configuration templates, automated tests, dry-run capability, status-file output, evidence logging, suppression workflow, and operating runbook.

Timing and assurance

The 48-hour clock starts when payment is complete and the buyer provides a complete schema-only intake and authorized sandbox access inside the buyer's environment. Acceptance means the delivered repository can: retrieve from the authorized DROP sandbox or validate an official-format CSV fallback; pass the included published hashing vectors for the selected list types; produce a review queue without a production mutation; validate exact Id,Status output; and preserve the run's evidence and suppression update. If that agreed path does not pass within 48 hours, the buyer may request a full build-fee refund within 14 calendar days after the clock expires. Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method within five business days. Delays caused by incomplete information, unavailable buyer systems, third-party outages, changed requirements, or scope expansion pause the clock.

Customer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for legal interpretation; selecting applicable list types; determining exemptions; verifying source coverage; authorizing credentials; reviewing generated code; approving deletion, opt-out, and status actions; directing service providers; maintaining security; and deciding whether and when to run in production.

Data boundary

The buyer must not submit consumer data, DROP request files, raw or hashed identifiers, credentials, or production records to the DeleteRail website or model workflow. Credentials are configured only within the buyer-controlled environment.

No legal advice or certification

DeleteRail provides software implementation, test artifacts, and operational documentation. It is not a law firm, does not determine legal compliance, and does not certify that a buyer has satisfied the Delete Act, CCPA, CPRA, or any other requirement.

Acceptance and corrections

The buyer will test the deliverable promptly. Unlimited factual corrections within the agreed scope are included for 14 calendar days after delivery. New systems, processor routes, legal logic, or materially changed schemas are outside scope unless agreed in writing.

Ownership

After full payment, the buyer owns the generated customer-specific repository and may operate, modify, or replace it. DeleteRail retains ownership of its generic templates, methods, and pre-existing components and grants the buyer a perpetual license to included copies.

Limitation

Except for the express dry-run refund assurance, the service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeleteRail is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, and total liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected build.
