Proposed first-validation terms · October 23, 2026

Clear scope. Clear control.

These are new prospective terms for the PostgreSQL first paid validation only; they do not amend terms of any existing order. DeleteRail is a Tai Durden AI product operated by Tyler Dreher at Sprinter Consulting. Live payment is not yet accepted. A fixed acceptance appendix with the buyer’s schema parameters and schedule must be agreed before purchase.

Included service

The proposed $9,950 one-time scope covers one data-broker implementation using PostgreSQL with up to three named tables and up to two downstream processor action manifests for customer-directed handoff and selected DROP list types. PostgreSQL opt-out mutation and downstream processor execution are excluded. Proposed deliverables are a runnable customer-owned repository, customer-reviewed read, deletion, and postcondition-verification SQL, a transactional PostgreSQL deletion adapter, named approval gates, configuration templates, tests, status-file output, suppression, evidence, and an operating runbook.

Acceptance

Before purchase, the parties must name one bounded authorized sandbox acceptance path and its fixtures, source tables, processor manifests, expected outputs, timing, and correction process in writing. The proposed acceptance checks official-format input, selected hashing vectors, PostgreSQL match and review output, inspected customer-approved deletion and postcondition-verification SQL executed in the agreed sandbox, status validation, suppression, and evidence. No 48-hour delivery or refund assurance is currently offered on this page. A customer integration is not complete merely because a generated repository or local synthetic fixture passes.

Customer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for legal interpretation; selecting applicable list types; determining exemptions; verifying source coverage; authorizing credentials; reviewing generated read, deletion, and postcondition-verification SQL and other code; naming the production approver; approving deletion, opt-out, and status actions; directing service providers; maintaining security; and deciding whether and when to run in production.

Data boundary

The buyer must not submit consumer data, DROP request files, raw or hashed identifiers, credentials, or production records to the DeleteRail website or model workflow. Credentials are configured only within the buyer-controlled environment.

No legal advice or certification

DeleteRail provides software implementation, test artifacts, and operational documentation. It is not a law firm, does not determine legal compliance, and does not certify that a buyer has satisfied the Delete Act, CCPA, CPRA, or any other requirement.

Acceptance and corrections

The fixed acceptance appendix will define one sandbox path, expected outputs, schedule, and bounded correction process. Additional systems, processor routes, legal logic, or materially changed schemas require separate agreement.

Ownership

After full payment under the fixed scope and acceptance appendix, the buyer owns the generated customer-specific repository and may operate, modify, or replace it. DeleteRail retains ownership of its generic templates, methods, and pre-existing components and grants the buyer a perpetual license to included copies.

Limitation

The final order terms will state any express acceptance remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeleteRail is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, and total liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected build.
